Each suite has 2 bedrooms (king + queen configurations are most common) and 2 bathrooms, so a family of 4–6 fits comfortably. Larger families with college-age kids can share a suite or split between two. We've hosted reunions from 18 (three suites used) to a full 36 (all six).

Logistics
How reunions usually book.
Most family reunions book the whole property for 3–5 nights, often around a holiday week (Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year). We can also do partial buyouts (e.g., 4 suites for a smaller reunion of 24) — depends on availability. Tell us your headcount and dates during inquiry and we'll send a clear price.

Is the property safe for young kids?
Yes — the courtyard and pool deck are gated. Like any pool, adult supervision is required. We can recommend pool fence rentals for crawler-age kids if needed.
Are pack-n-plays and high chairs available?
Pack-n-plays and high chairs are available on request — please ask when you inquire so we can have them ready.
Can we cook one big meal for the whole reunion?
Yes — many reunions do. The poolside grill kitchen is built for this, and you have six full kitchens for prep. Or pick a local caterer; we have recommendations.
How does parking work for a big group?
Free on-site parking, generally two spaces per suite (12 total). Larger groups should let us know when booking — we can plan vehicle placement.
Do you offer a discount for booking the whole property?
Whole-property buyouts are priced as one rate (not per-suite × 6) which works out lower than booking each suite individually. Holiday weeks and peak season are firmer; off-peak weeks have more flexibility.
Is the property accessible for older relatives?
Several suites are ground-floor accessible. Stairs are present in the courtyard for the upper suites. Tell us about mobility needs during inquiry and we'll match you to the right suites.
